Dear Mr.Strife

My 5-month old son was diagnosed as having hypophosphatasia when he was 2 months old. I myself and my wife are both Japanese and we live in Nagano, Japan.

We have been informed that hypophosphatasia is a really rare disease and there is not much information about this disorder.

I got your report about infantile hypophosphatasia in 'The Journal of prdiatrics'. And also I found another article about this case in Japan. I have got only two articles about infantile phosphatasia during 2 months. My son is in the local hospital in Japan and our doctors are trying some treatments referring to your report and the case report in Japan. I have already contacted the doctor who is treating the Japanese patient.

I think my son's ALP level is close to that of your patient. I really appreciate if you can let us know the passage afterwards of your patient, especially about complications. That information will be very helpful for us. If possible, we would like to contact your team directly and exchange each information.

I opened Web site for my son. This page is including information about my son.
